There is currently a 8-10 week wait time from the time the order has been placed, the expected time of arrival (ETA) is shown on every product page.

How will my order arrive?
Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

Returning Your Item
As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.

Two days before delivery I changed my mind and Ashley Furniture was very accommodating. I am glad that I did change my mind. The set was delivered and set up in my kitchen perfectly. It took about 15 minutes. They removed all of the wrappings and boxes. Paying for it to arrive assembled was worth it. The drivers were awesome. Very polite. I love the set. It fits perfectly.

I bought this set about 9 months ago. It looked great and I loved it when I first received it. It’s not as sturdy as I thought and hoped. It also scatches very easily. Only took a few times for the finish to start coming off. One of my chairs got tipped over and the top back broke into pieces. It splintered off to the point of it not being able to be fixed. Luckily, I bought insurance on the set and they are replacing it. But I thought it would last longer than a year at least. It’s not even paid off yet and it has to be replaced. It’s good if you have no kids or pets.

Just received today; nice looking, good finish. This set is nicer than I expected. The chair cushions aren’t black, but more of an espresso brown. Love it. One leg of one chair wasn’t sanded, rounded off and stained. We really didn’t care, since we had to put felt floor protectors on the bottom of each leg anyway. The Ashley delivery/assembly guys were great! This furniture isn’t super heavy, so if you’re looking for something with massive heft, this isn’t it.

This was my first time buying something from Ashley Furniture and also buying on line without seeing it in person. When I ordered it I did not pay for the assembly. Two days before delivery I changed my mind and Ashley Furniture was very accommodating. I am glad that I did change my mind. The set was delivered and set up in my kitchen perfectly. It took about 15 minutes. They removed all of the wrappings and boxes. Paying for it to arrive assembled was worth it. The drivers were awesome. Very polite. I love the set. It fits perfectly.

Great dining room set. Perfect for our needs. We only needed 4 chairs but the bench is great when we will have more at the table. Cushions are a little hard but with time, we believe they will get softer. Extremely fast and efficient assembly. They did a great job! Would highly recommend.

This table was exactly what we needed. We have a small space to work with and this will still seat 6 comfortably. The bench is nice because it hides under the table. I love that there is no pedestal and you can cross your legs freely under the table and the seats can be wiped down easily.

I bought this set about 9 months ago. It looked great and I loved it when I first received it. It’s not as sturdy as I thought and hoped. It also scatches very easily. Only took a few times for the finish to start coming off. One of my chairs got tipped over and the top back broke into pieces. It splintered off to the point of it not being able to be fixed. Luckily, I bought insurance on the set and they are replacing it. But I thought it would last longer than a year at least. It’s not even paid off yet and it has to be replaced. It’s good if you have no kids or pets.

Just received today; nice looking, good finish. This set is nicer than I expected. The chair cushions aren’t black, but more of an espresso brown. Love it. One leg of one chair wasn’t sanded, rounded off and stained. We really didn’t care, since we had to put felt floor protectors on the bottom of each leg anyway. The Ashley delivery/assembly guys were great! This furniture isn’t super heavy, so if you’re looking for something with massive heft, this isn’t it.
