How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock items have expected time of arrival (ETA) of 3-4 weeks while out of stock items will take longer to arrive. You may contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be shipped with third-party shipping carriers to the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Returns
Firstly, Contact Us with your request to return your unwanted item. Once we have been in contact, we will notify you of the return location. Please remember to ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements. For more information, view our full Terms & Conditions.
As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from FurnishMyHome.ca
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
- There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchased price of the product.

When pictures arrived, the strips that hold the glass in place were loose. The prongs that hold them in place were bent. Since they took so long to arrive, I just fixed them myself.

I bought these to hang over my sofa. I hung them just like the sample pic in order to accentuate my 9′ foot ceilings. The glass around the edge of the frame has no backing, so the wall color shows from the front. They look fantastic. They’re lightweight and easy to hang as well.

I ordered 2 sets of these. Received 1 set and one of the four was broken. Contacted Ashley and they sent out 2 more sets. Of those eight, three were broken. So, it took 12 shipping pieces of art for me to get 8 that we’re usable. This also went on for a few of months. Once I did finally have 8, they’re very pretty. Just be prepared to be frustrated with the process of receiving them.
