Our new table just arrived, and it was way earlier than expected. The Ashley truck pulled up and the two men brought the table right into our home. We put it together and set it in its place, and it looks absolutely gorgeous! Honestly, I would expect to pay at least double for a piece of furniture of this quality. This table not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. Thank you, Ashley, for a great table at an incredibly reasonable price.

Got this a couple of weeks ago after looking everywhere for years, good heavy quality, a nice darker brown. The only thing to note is that though the cushions are thick, they could be a little softer. ( I bought the table + 4 chairs and added the bench as a space saver).

This table looks great in my dining room and is very sturdy and well made. The only complaint I have is that the table surface is extremely prone to scratches/dents and they become very visible when you are sitting at the table and the light is reflecting. HIGHLY recommend covering the table with a table cloth for any dinner parties and especially any board games.

How long will my order take to arrive?

There is currently a 8-10 week wait time from the time the order has been placed, the expected time of arrival (ETA) is shown on every product page.

You may also contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items you are interested in before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.

How will my order arrive?

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

Premium White Glove Delivery service and assembly are available for an additional fee. Please contact Customer Service.

Returning Your Item

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 5 working days of receipt of your goods.

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchased price of the product.
We underline that the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
