The customer service personnel have been very helpful with resolving our issues. We received what I am hoping to be the final piece this morning and I am hoping it will be the final piece to the puzzle. I highly recommend the set but if I had to do it over, I would have gone to an Ashley Furniture store and paid for the delivery!

    These are beautiful bar stools…very happy with them. My only complaint, which we rectified ourselves, was with the foot lifts. Because we have hardwood floors, replaced the existing ones with padded lifts. Otherwise, the chairs are beautiful.

    I bought 2 sets of these stools to replace all wood stools that my bad puppy chewed. Although he’s past the chewing stage, I wanted stools with metal legs just in case. This rustic style goes well in my kitchen. I like that the seats have no fabric so I don’t have to worry about stains. There also easy to slide on & off of. They r heavier than previous stools– and they are very sturdy & have a roomy seat. Husband assembled easily. And he put those sticky felt circles on the bottom of the legs so they won’t scratch floor. Free shipping was a plus !!!

How long will my order take to arrive?

There is currently a 8-10 week wait time from the time the order has been placed, the expected time of arrival (ETA) is shown on every product page.

You may also contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items you are interested in before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.

How will my order arrive?

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

Returning Your Item

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 5 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
