Our delivery rates are based on the size of the item and your location, with free shipping available in certain areas with a minimum spend.

Our standard shipping service includes delivery to the curbside or front door of your building. For apartments, this will be the main door of your complex, and for houses, it will be curbside or the front door. If your building or front door is only accessible via stairs, we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage. However, it's important to note that customers are responsible for ensuring there is enough clearance for furniture to enter their home.
