How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock items have expected time of arrival (ETA) of 3-4 weeks while out of stock items will take longer to arrive. You may contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be shipped with third-party shipping carriers to the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Returns
Firstly, Contact Us with your request to return your unwanted item. Once we have been in contact, we will notify you of the return location. Please remember to ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements. For more information, view our full Terms & Conditions.
As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Firm sofa set, modern color, includes pillow set. Fast delivery and customer service was great even with all the stress of covid19. I would recommend if your looking for a firm yet comfortable sofa. My two year old loves to nap on the sofa. My only concern is the corner of the sofa, a little deformed but might of been from not fitting thru the doorway.

Awesome couch, very durable and love the color! It’s a gray with hints of purples and blues if you really look close! Don’t really ever review but I was iffy on getting this but I’m very happy I did 🙂 legs didn’t come on but we’re very easy to assemble, they just screw right on ! Love the pillows that come with ! Very nice touch. Would recommend. Looked at quite a few sofas but glad I chose this one . Is a little firm, but softens up with in a little bit of time have had for about a month now

Honestly, this couch for the price is absolutely unbeatable. I am in love. Looks so good – the material is soft and comfy – and I love that it came with the throw pillows ! The only downside to this couch is that it comes in one piece only, so for delivery if you don’t have a doorway wide enough to get the piece in you’re out of luck, no ability to take it apart. My doorway is a LITTLE small and the cough JUST barely fit in and we had to take the door off to get it there. Otherwise, the quality of the piece itself for this price point is unbelievable.
