I’ve been looking for this dinning room set for years. It was on sale one time but I’ve waited for the right time to purchase it. I’ve reasonably move to a new home & needed a perfect dinning room set. Ashley furniture was right on time for my new sets. The staff was very professional & understanding in listening to what I was looking for, no pressure at all. The sale lady was very knowledgeable & we even took our time over the weekend to visit other furniture warehouses. But nobody beat Ashley Furniture prices, thank again to the sale women name Lauri & her sale manager.

Example: These dining chairs are very elegant, sturdy, the seats are wide, the carving on the wood portion is absolutely gorgeous. They are darker than I expected but they still match my decor. They really gave my formal dining room the look I wanted.

I bought the table and 10 chairs almost 10 year ago. I have moved 4 times, once out of state and they are still there. We have lot of parties with friends at home and they love it. Furthermore, it resists to my puppy and kitty. I would like to change them because I am tired of them but I do not really have an excuse. It still looks beautiful.

I have the entire North Shore dining room set and had to purchase replacement chair due to my 12 year old son scooted a chair back while sitting in it and the leg broke off. This set is way too expensive for such poor quality. Would definitely not recommend or recommend buying from Ashley. Horrible experience ordering set in the first place.

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.
