I bought this last year it looks very pretty, but when you seat on the chairs it feel like it goes all the way down and you could feel the wood on the bottom. I bought this at Ashley in Colton Ca and I live in COlorado it’s not like I could just take it back or have them exchage NOT 100% satisfied !!

I bought this 2 years ago for my formal dining room, along with 8 chairs and I absolutely LOVE this set. I get so many compliments on it. It is definitely a big, heavy, sturdy set. I love that the leaf comes out to accommodate smaller spaces, yet can fit so many people. I love using this for the holidays and get togethers. So pleased!!!!

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.
