    Simple and beautiful just what I needed for my apartment

    Purchased this table for my wife’s birthday and overall very happy. Table is definitely on the higher side, but looks fantastic. It was easy to assemble, just screwing in two bolts in each of the legs and it was good to go. The chairs are fine. Very sturdy. However, I have assembled a few Ashley furniture chairs now, and the unassembled quality isn’t the best. A few instances of guide holes not being properly drilled out, etc. Overall it doesn’t seem to effect the end product, but can be frustrating when assembling. Assembly on the chairs takes much longer. Spent a couple hours assembling the four chairs for this table.

    By looking at the picture it looks like it is a table with chairs. I guess I didn’t read it very well so when I received it I got a surprise that it had no chairs. So I had to go searching for some chairs to match which you did not have in stock. Had to purchase chairs elsewhere and have a friend cut down the height of the table to match chairs. Otherwise the table is nice and easy to assemble.

How long will my order take to arrive?

There is currently a 8-10 week wait time from the time the order has been placed, the expected time of arrival (ETA) is shown on every product page.

You may also contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items you are interested in before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.

How will my order arrive?

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

Premium White Glove Delivery service and assembly are available for an additional fee. Please contact Customer Service.

Returning Your Item

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 5 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
  • There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchased price of the product.
  • We underline that the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
