Chairs are acceptable for the sale price. The paint is a little light in areas and there are some rough spots that will sliver when wiped. Technician has to come out as 3 out of 4 chairs have uneven legs. Be aware, there is no solid foundation under the center of the cushions, so they may start to sag. I would probably recommend these for light use, or if you don’t mind replacing in 2-3 years.

3+ because I think they look very nice, actually pad matched my living room without trying. My disappointment was one chair off balance. The cushions were definitely not as comfortable as I imagined, I thought more cushion but not enough 😒 It was reason I purchased.

Great sitting chairs. Good solid chairs also. So far we really like them. The cushions are great om your legs. I recently have nerve damage from 3 back surgery’s so i couldnt no longer sit at our chairs we bought a year ago that was without cushions. These helped me out alot. They are really pretty chairs also. I like the dark cushion also.

So far look great just finished assembling, delivered yesterday . Assembly was simple with correct tools. One chair is not level by approx 1” going to attempt to fix, if not put double felt floor protector to level. Otherwise really happy so far.

How long will my order take to arrive?

There is currently a 8-10 week wait time from the time the order has been placed, the expected time of arrival (ETA) is shown on every product page.

You may also contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items you are interested in before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.

How will my order arrive?

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

Returning Your Item

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
