This chest arrived 2 days later than scheduled, but no big deal. It matches perfectly with the nightstand, new hardwood floors and fresh paint in my bedroom. Very well made and lots of storage space. Delivery was professional and placed exactly where I wanted. Exactly what I wanted.

I purchased this item January 12, 2019. I just it received February 5, 2019. I was very disappointed with the length of delivery process. Other furniture companies delivery services are far quicker if item is in stock. This item was in stock when purchased.This is definitely a determining factor for future purchases. Delivery men were polite and efficient. Overall, it looks good, but will have to situate it so that it won’t topple over. Thank goodness, my son is older (13 y/o). Use caution if buying for a young child’s room. This is not a heavy piece of furniture. So if you are looking for a sturdier piece, this may not be the item. This was priced fairly for what it presents.

Looks fantastic in son’s room. The drawers look like barn wood, giving an “old classic” a modern twist to it. Plus, it’s very sturdy. Loved that it was delivered already assembled.

i like the finish a lot. it def looks real, and very rustic, but is smooth to the touch. the drawers don’t seem to open very much, it seems like its only about halfway, so that’s a bummer. i wish the drawer sliders were full extension.

Normally shipment(s) are schedule to arrive Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales.

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
