  • We can cancel the order with the supplier
  • There is no open claim with the manufacturer on your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that there is a 35% re-stocking fee for cancelling an order that does not meet the criteria outlined above. Once an item has been shipped and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled for a refund and will be subject to the 35% re-stocking fee. Additionally, if delivery is refused once the item has been shipped, the 35% re-stocking fee will still apply and shipping charges will not be refunded. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy is in place to protect us and our customers from unnecessary costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if the payment of your order has been charged cancellations are subject to cancellation fee of 2.9% + $0.30 of the total purchase price for the following reason: the credit payment processing gateway charges a transaction fee 2.9% + $0.30 to process payments and unfortunately do not return this fee for refunds. will not incur this cost and thus the client is subject to this cancellation fee. However the cancellation is fee is not completely lost, will put any cancellation fees towards an in-store credit for future purchases after your cancellation.


At, we strive to provide you with the best customer service and satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 5-calendar day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with a photo of the item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unassembled and unused, in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the final price of the product, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Special exceptions apply to mattresses and custom or made-to-order items, which are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your credit card.

Damaged items:

However, in the rare event that an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours by email and we will do our best to make it right. We will evaluate the issue and file a claim with the manufacturer to rectify the problem, all within the manufacturer's warranty of the item.
