At FurnishMyHome.ca, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. After placing your order, our customer service team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to confirm availability. If the items are in-stock, your order will be processed immediately and payment captured. If back-ordered, you will be notified of the estimated availability, giving you the option to proceed. Track your order's progress and estimated arrival under Order Tracking or My Account.

Delivery Times & Schedule

At FurnishMyHome.ca, we strive to provide you with the highest quality furniture in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the items you have ordered. In-stock furniture typically has a wait time of 5-6 weeks from the time your order is placed, while out-of-stock items may take longer.

You can check the availability of a product on our website before placing your order, or you can contact our Customer Service team for confirmation. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will confirm the delivery date with you.

We schedule deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 6PM local time. In case no one is available to receive the shipment, we will leave a shipping notification with further details. Please note that in some cases, this may cause delays and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Policy

FurnishMyHome.ca offers convenient and reliable shipping across Canada, with regular service to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Our delivery rates are based on the size of the item and your location, with free shipping available in certain areas with a minimum spend.

Our standard shipping service includes delivery to the curbside or front door of your building. For apartments, this will be the main door of your complex, and for houses, it will be curbside or the front door. If your building or front door is only accessible via stairs, we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage. However, it's important to note that customers are responsible for ensuring there is enough clearance for furniture to enter their home.

For those looking for a more comprehensive delivery experience, In-Home Delivery and White Glove Delivery are available for a premium in certain regions. Please ensure that the route to the location where the merchandise is to be placed is clear of furniture and other obstructions. Our drivers cannot remove doors, door jambs, casings, moldings, railings or make any alterations to your home to deliver or fit any merchandise into your designated location. It's important to measure your designated location and access doorways and hallways to ensure that your new furniture will fit into your designated location.
