Order Confirmation

After placing your order, it will go through preliminary processing where our customer service team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours confirming availability of your order. If the items are in-stock, your order will be processed with the manufacturer right away and the payment will be captured immediately. If the items are back-ordered, you will be notified of the estimated availability and it will your choice to proceed with the order.

You will receive confirmation that your order is now being processed. You can view your order along with the estimated time of arrival without an account under Order Tracking or My Account with the account you created upon checkout.

Delivery Times & Schedule

Delivery times depends on item availability from the respective brand. In-stock furniture normally has a wait time of 5-6 weeks from the time the order has been placed, while out of stock items will take longer and the dates are subject for out of stock items. Product availability is showing on every product and feel free to contact Customer Service to confirm availability placing your order. The delivery date will be confirmed once your order is ready for delivery and/or is in-transit to you.

Delivery is normally scheduled on Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 6PM local time. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a shipping notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Delivery Policy

FurnishMyHome.ca offers shipping across Canada and is regularly shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan. Delivery rates vary on the size of the item and your location. Delivery is free with a minimum spend in certain areas otherwise there is a flat fee.

The standard shipping service is the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage. Customers are responsible for ensuring there is enough clearance for furniture to enter their home.

In-Home Delivery and White Glove Delivery are available for a premium in certain regions only. Please ensure that the route to the location in which the merchandise is to be placed is clear of furniture and other obstruction. Our drivers cannot remove doors, door jambs, casings, moldings, railings or make any alterations to your home to deliver or fit any merchandise into your designated location. Please measure your designated location and access doorways and hallways to ensure that your new furniture will fit into your designated location.

The shipping calculator on the product page & shopping cart will show you the available shipping options. If you do not see any shipping options on the shopping cart please contact us with the items you are interested in and your postal code. Our customer service team will look into the available shipping options providing you with an accurate shipping quote to your location as well as the expected time of arrival. In this case please note the cost of shipping will depend on the size of the items and your location.

Any estimated times provided are subject to change without notice and are never guaranteed. They could change to be sooner or later. Once an order is shipped, it can not be cancelled. Refusing to accept delivery will result in a re-stocking fee of 35% of the value of the product and shipping fees will not be refunded.
