You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Your order will be processed immediately if it's in-stock. If the item you have ordered is out-of-stock, you will be promptly notified of its estimated availability and given the option to proceed with the order or make any necessary changes.

Delivery Times & Schedule:

Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 5PM local time. Please note that if no one is available to receive the shipment, we will leave a shipping notification with further details.

Our standard shipping includes curbside/front door delivery, with options for In-Home White Glove Delivery for a premium in certain regions only.
