With refined craftsmanship, this design was brought to life by skilled local artisans. By nature, these materials develop unique imperfections such as fissures, markings and colour variations for a truly one-of-a-kind piece. As wood is an organic, porous material, these pieces will contain natural variation of texture and may also exhibit fine indentations and cracks. Wood pieces will also display a disparity of colour and grain, and visible knots and burls that add to the character of each piece.

How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, enter your details, choose payment and shipping, then submit. If something's out of stock, we'll contact you immediately with options.

When will I get my order?
We'll confirm your delivery date once your order is ready. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM. If you're not home, we'll leave instructions for redelivery.

How is my order delivered?

What's the warranty?
1-year manufacturer warranty from delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us if any issues arise.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped from the supplier yet. Contact us ASAP - there may be a 25% restocking fee depending on timing.

What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 5 days. Cancelled orders may incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges aren't refundable.
