Ordering with FurnishMyHome.ca is easy and convenient. Simply follow these steps:
- Select the products you want.
- Add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Review your order and enter your shipping information.
- Pay for your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Your order will be processed immediately if it's in-stock. If the item you have ordered is out-of-stock, you will be promptly notified of its estimated availability and given the option to proceed with the order or make any necessary changes.
Delivery Times & Schedule:
At FurnishMyHome.ca, we aim to provide you with the most accurate information about product availability and lead times. You can check the availability of a product on our website before ordering or contact our Customer Service team for confirmation.
Once your order is ready for delivery, we'll contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 5PM local time. If no one is available to receive the shipment, we'll leave a shipping notification with further details.

At FurnishMyHome.ca, we provide reliable shipping across Canada, with convenient service to multiple provinces. Our delivery rates are calculated based on item size and location, with free shipping available in select areas with a minimum spend.
Our standard shipping includes curbside/front door delivery, with the option to upgrade to In-Home White Glove Delivery in certain regions. Please ensure that your designated location has sufficient clearance and measurements to accommodate your furniture.
