FurnishMyHome.ca ships across Canada and is regularly shipping products to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan. Shipping rates are pre-set for every major city in Canada and the shipping calculator will show you the available shipping options.

If you do not see any shipping options available, please contact Customer Service with the SKU(s) of the products you are interested in and your postal code so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote to your location. In this case please note the cost of shipping will depend on the size of the items and your location.

Order Confirmation/Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive confirmation that your order is now processing. Your order can be tracked under My Account  Orders where the ETA will appear beside your order. You will need to log in to view your account.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock items have expected time of arrival (ETA) of 3-4 weeks while out of stock items will take longer to arrive. You may contact Customer Service to confirm the availability of any items before placing your order. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed once your order has arrived to our warehouse and is ready for delivery.

How will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped with third-party shipping carriers to the curbside or front door of your building. If you live in an apartment this will be the main door of your apartment complex. If you live in a house this will be curbside or the front door of your house. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

Returns

Firstly, Contact Us with your request to return your unwanted item. Once we have been in contact, we will notify you of the return location. Please remember to ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements. For more information, view our full Terms & Conditions.

As our prices are so low we have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for cash refunds. Whereas heavily discounted items are final sales. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

• You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from FurnishMyHome.ca
• Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
• There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchased price of the product.
• We underline that the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
