How do I place an order?

When will I get my order?
We'll confirm your delivery date once your order is ready. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM. If you're not home, we'll leave instructions for redelivery.

What's the warranty?
1-year manufacturer warranty from delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us if any issues arise.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped from the supplier yet. Contact us ASAP - there may be a 25% restocking fee depending on timing.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 5 days. Cancelled orders may incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges aren't refundable.

The adjustable base is easy to set up and begin using. Installation was 80% done out of the box, connect the power, install a couple of bolts and screw on the legs. The motors seems strong enough to use every day. Word to the wise, leave it in the box until you get it to the bedroom. All in all happy with the purchase so far.
