How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, enter your details, choose payment and shipping, then submit. If something's out of stock, we'll contact you immediately with options.

When will I get my order?
We'll confirm your delivery date once your order is ready. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM. If you're not home, we'll leave instructions for redelivery.

How is my order delivered?
We use trusted carriers like Canpar, Purolator, FedEx and UPS. Larger items ship via freight. Use our shipping calculator for rates and timing, or contact us for details.

What's the warranty?
1-year manufacturer warranty from delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us if any issues arise.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped from the supplier yet. Contact us ASAP - there may be a 25% restocking fee depending on timing.

What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 5 days. Cancelled orders may incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges aren't refundable.

We do not have a showroom, we’re online only. By skipping the storefront, we keep prices low and ship your order anywhere in Canada.
